These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NetSell, operated by Netsell Inc. ("NetSell", "we", "us"). By using the platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Buying digital products
- All sales are subject to the seller's own terms and our Refund Policy.
- Digital products are delivered electronically; physical delivery is not provided.
- License rights vary per product — review each listing carefully.
3. Selling on NetSell
- Sellers grant NetSell a non-exclusive license to display, market and distribute listed products.
- Sellers warrant they own or are licensed to sell all uploaded content.
- NetSell retains a 10% commission per sale (or the rate stated in your plan).
- Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days.
4. Prohibited content
You may not upload, sell or distribute content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The NetSell brand, platform and code are owned by Netsell Inc. Products listed by sellers remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided "as is". NetSell is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
